My Journey
Armed with a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) in Mysore, I embarked on my career as a food scientist. Over the past 8 years, I’ve been fortunate to work with incredible R&D teams. I started my journey with the brand Saffola at Marico Ltd., where I had the chance to experience and work on some exceptional projects. Since then I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of some fantastic brands and teams.

– Sensory evaluation and consumer studies to inform product optimization
– Support for product manufacturing, including plant or kitchen trials
– Identification of and co-development with suitable co-packers
– Guidance on labeling details, claims, and nutrition analysis/testing
– Creation of food product insights for social media content, including posts, blogs, and articles
